·  What is the minimum order quantity?

We can quote with no minimum order quantity, but generally most orders are a minimum quantity of 10+.

·  Do you have both men’s and women’s sizing?

Yes, the vast majority of our styles are available in both men’s and women’s specific sizing.

·  Is your minimum order per gender?

No, we will combine your order of men’s and women’s sizes to meet the minimum order or to reach a particular qty price bracket.

·  Are numbers of the back of jumpers included for football jumpers?

Yes, there is no additional cost for numbers on the back.

·  Is there a limit to how many sponsors can go on my garment?

Not at all. You can have as many sponsor logos as you like. We request logos are in vector or illustrator format (.ai or .eps file).

·  Is there additional charge for multiple colours in my design?

No. The beauty of full sublimation is the ability to print without any limitation on the number of colours in the design.

·  Do you have a special ordering offer for Clubs?

Yes for Clubs we have special terms to allow orders without a minimum order requirement, enquire for more info.

·  How long do custom orders take?

Our standard production time is 5-6 weeks. We can produce quicker than 5 weeks on request through our express production service.

·  Can you help with design?

Yes we have an in-house design team who will create a design according to your brief.

·  Can you produce small re-orders later?

Yes we have an online portal ordering system for easier re-ordering for clubs/groups.

We can also produce small re-orders through email.

·  Are garments designed in Australia?

Yes we design, product develop & test our garments in Melbourne, Australia.

·  What do I need to provide for you to create a design?

Please send through logos in vector format (.ai or .eps file) along with any design brief notes you may have.

·  What if I don’t have the logo/s in vector format?

If a logo can’t be supplied in vector format please send through all copies of the logo (pdf / jpeg) and we can check if the logo is usable or if not we can quote on a logo re-creation to vector format (usually between $25-50 + gst).

·  What fabrics do you use?

We use the latest lightweight but durable technical fabrics across our apparel range.

·  Can we mix football, netball and off-field apparel?

Yes we supply our full range of apparel for a number of clubs, making the apparel ordering process easy.

·  Do you supply larger quantity events?

Yes style dependent we provide discounts on bulk order quantity orders, enquire for a custom bulk order quotation.

·  Do you offer sizing samples?

Yes, on request we will send out sizing samples for your club members to try on. We simply require the samples to be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

·  How do I finalize my order for production to start?

For production to start we require:

1)      Design finalized and approved

2)      Sizing breakdown received

3)      Payment processed to start production

These 3 steps can be done either by emailing through a bulk order and we will provide an invoice for the payment to start production. Or alternatively using our online ordering portal where individuals can login to place & pay for their orders.
